Returns and RefundsPolicy

At Trolleybag.org, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. However, if for some reason you are not, here is our policy on refunds and returns:

  • Return Policy: You can return any product bought from Trolleybag.org within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns if the item is damaged, has been used, or is not in its original condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: In case you have received a damaged or a defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The product should be returned in the original condition without any physical damage to the box or the product.
  • Method of Return: The customer is responsible for returning the product and all shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that gift cards, discounted items, and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned.
